Me 323 ‘Gigant’ transport. SAAF and USAAF Kittyhawks slaughtered dozens of these, and Ju 52’s, when they tried to fly supplies to tha Afrika Korps in Tunisia in March and April 1943. SAAF got something like 25 kills in one flight, USAAF 57 or so.
